Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection legislation, regarding the processing my personal data by Cypher Games Yazılım Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (“CYPHER” or “Company”), apart from exceptions within the scope of the personal data protection legislation, regarding the processing and/or transferring my personal data with the Company;

I accept, declare, and undertake that I explicitly consent with my free will after I have been informed about the Personal Data Protection Notice by CYPHER, regarding the transferring my personal data which I share with employment application form to cloud service providers located abroad, to carry out information security processes and to ensure internal information and document management.
